EP Review: bondbreakr - bondbreakr

Hitting you like a jackhammer with ‘Into The Night’, you’re left in no doubt that this is going to be an onslaught of the heaviest order. This review is not going to dissect, anatomise or dismember the lyrical content, simply because it does exactly what it says on the tin, lets just mention Rage Against The Machine and if you don’t know who they are or have never listened to them, I suggest you do!

‘Cop Rock’ is second in the playing order, possibly the most melodic of the collection, although the thrash is never too far away.  ‘Angry Tooth’ drops in nicely as a well crafted slice of noisy grit filled punk with a hint of groove underpinning the core of it, then ‘Shaman’ arrives and leaves with haste.

Now we get to the meat on the bone in the form of ‘Kill Your Gods’ giving what might possibly a glimpse into the future of the band, the song feels much more structured than most and slaps a big target on BONDBREAKR that music fans will see and take aim at.
